It's been too long...

Hi all!

Now that Eden (which is the name we've chosen for our little girl who will be here in less than 4 months!) isn't sucking the life out of my anymore, i'm finally taking the time to sit down & update this blog. Alot has happened in the past few months of which i haven't come close to blogging...a wedding at callaway that never got posted, a maternity shoot, another maternity shoot, an engagement shoot & an upcoming wedding! so be on the look out for blog overload. :)

I'll start with Mallory & Blake who are getting married in October 2010. They were rockstars braving the 40 degree weather with my camera in their faces. I'm so looking forward to their wedding, i know it's going to be breath taking!

Brown Family

The Brown family contacted me about a month ago to have photos made of their 8 year old twin daughters, Elizabeth & Lindsey & their 1 1/2 year old, William. Elizabeth, Lindsey & I had a blast. Poor William just wasn't feeling it. He was WAY more interested in his passy than in me with my silly ole' camera. From what I hear, he was only disinterested in me as he had the girls cracking up in the car as soon as we were done. He did cooperate some in the meantime though & I was able to grab some great family photos. Thanks again Brown family, hope to see you again for photos around Christmas!

Lacy Coley - Bridal

I am a little partial to this bride as she happens to be my little sister. Who isn't so little anymore...



She has grown into a beautiful Proverbs 31 woman who's smile lights up a room...





Who's beauty is not only skin deep...





She is my little sister & I'm sure I could go on & on about her attributes, but i'll just leave you with photos instead. :)


(YES, this was pre-wedding & YES, i somehow convinced her to lay on that dirty dock. :))

DJ & Dani

Really, I don't think there is a more beautiful child out there. (At least not until I have my own that is.) DJ has the most gorgeous green eyes that both of his older sisters are ridiculously jealous of & a fiery little personality that is 100% boy! DJ & his new baby sister Dani, sweetly dubbed "My Princess" by DJ, came by the house to have some relaxed portraits made. So DJ & I spent some time in the back yard making faces at each other...



Then we got side tracked...



Then someone let the dog out & we got all smiley...



And eventually we made our way inside to take some photos with Dani...



And then, like a little bolt of lightning DJ was gone & I had a chance to snap some peaceful photos of sleeping 8 day old Dani...
